アプリから削除する

1. enca アプリを開いてログインします。
2. 右下の「設定」を開きます。
3. 一番下の「アカウントを削除」を選びます。
4. 確認ダイアログで削除を実行します。

アプリを使えない場合

端末を紛失したなどでアプリから操作できない場合は、お問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。ご本人確認のうえ、こちらで削除します。

削除されるデータ

• プロフィール: ユーザー名、ひとこと、アイコン画像、カバー画像。
• SNS リンク。
• コレクション（あなたが所有するカバー画像）。
• プッシュ通知トークン、Apple Wallet パスの登録情報とパス本体。
• ログインに使った Apple / Google の認証アカウントと、それに紐づくメールアドレス。

プロフィール情報は削除の操作をした時点で消えます。画像の実体と認証アカウントは、削除処理のキューを通じて10 分以内に消えます。

削除されずに残るデータ

• エンカした相手の履歴に、あなたは「退会済み」として残ります。名前・画像・SNS リンクは含まない匿名化された記録で、相手の記録を保全するために保持します（期限は設けていません）。
• カバーの交換（スワップ）で相手の所有になった画像は、相手のコレクションとして残ります。
• 通報・ブロックの記録は、不正利用への対応と再発防止のために保持します。
• 法令で保存が必要な記録がある場合は、その期間に限り保持します。

Apple でログインしている場合

iPhone の設定で enca による Apple アカウントの使用を停止しても、enca のアカウントは削除されずに残ります（その端末でログアウトされるだけです）。もう一度 Apple でログインすれば、同じアカウントを引き続き使えます。Apple アカウントそのものを削除した場合は、Apple からの通知を受けて enca のアカウントも削除します（削除されるデータは上記と同じです）。ただし、Google など別の方法でもログインできる場合や、事業者向け管理画面をご利用の場合は、Apple アカウントとの連携だけを解除し、enca のアカウントは残します。

削除後について

削除したアカウントは復元できません。同じ Apple / Google アカウントで、新しいプロフィールとして登録し直すことはできます。

Delete from the app

1. Open the enca app and sign in.
2. Open Settings (bottom right).
3. Choose Delete account at the bottom of the screen.
4. Confirm in the dialog.

If you cannot use the app

If you have lost your device or otherwise cannot reach the app, please contact us through the contact form. We will verify your identity and delete the account for you.

What is deleted

• Profile: display name, bio, avatar image, cover image.
• Social links.
• Your collection (cover images you own).
• Push notification tokens, and your Apple Wallet pass registration and the pass itself.
• The Apple / Google sign-in account used for enca, including the email address attached to it.

Profile data is removed the moment you confirm. Stored images and the sign-in account are removed through the deletion queue within 10 minutes.

What is retained

• People you met keep their own encounter history, where you appear as a deleted user. That record is anonymized — no name, image or social links — and is kept so their history stays intact. No end date is set.
• Cover images that became someone else's through a swap remain in their collection.
• Reports and blocks are retained to handle and prevent abuse.
• Records we are required by law to keep are retained for the required period only.

If you sign in with Apple

If you stop using your Apple Account with enca in your iPhone settings, your enca account is not deleted. You are only signed out on that device, and signing in with Apple again takes you back to the same account. If you delete your Apple Account itself, we delete your enca account when Apple notifies us (the same data listed above is deleted). If you can also sign in another way, such as with Google, or you use the enca business dashboard, we only remove the link to your Apple Account and keep your enca account.

After deletion

A deleted account cannot be restored. You may sign up again with the same Apple / Google account as a new profile.

앱에서 삭제하기

앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우

기기를 분실하는 등 앱에서 조작할 수 없는 경우에는 문의 양식으로 연락해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 저희가 삭제해 드립니다.

삭제되는 데이터

• 프로필: 사용자 이름, 한마디, 아이콘 이미지, 커버 이미지.
• SNS 링크.
• 컬렉션(본인이 소유한 커버 이미지).
• 푸시 알림 토큰, Apple Wallet 패스 등록 정보 및 패스 자체.
• 로그인에 사용한 Apple / Google 인증 계정과 그에 연결된 이메일 주소.

프로필 정보는 삭제를 실행한 시점에 사라집니다. 이미지 파일와 인증 계정은 삭제 처리 대기열을 통해 10분 이내에 삭제됩니다.

삭제되지 않고 남는 데이터

• 엔카한 상대방의 기록에는 회원님이 "탈퇴한 계정"으로 남습니다. 이름·이미지·SNS 링크를 포함하지 않는 익명화된 기록이며, 상대방의 기록을 보존하기 위해 보관합니다(기한은 두지 않습니다).
• 커버 교환(스왑)으로 상대방의 소유가 된 이미지는 상대방의 컬렉션에 남습니다.
• 신고·차단 기록은 부정 이용 대응과 재발 방지를 위해 보관합니다.
• 법령상 보존이 필요한 기록이 있는 경우 해당 기간에 한해 보관합니다.

Apple로 로그인한 경우

iPhone 설정에서 enca의 Apple 계정 사용을 중단해도 enca 계정은 삭제되지 않고 남습니다(해당 기기에서 로그아웃될 뿐입니다). Apple로 다시 로그인하면 같은 계정을 계속 사용할 수 있습니다. Apple 계정 자체를 삭제한 경우에는 Apple의 통지를 받아 enca 계정도 삭제합니다(삭제되는 데이터는 위와 같습니다). 다만 Google 등 다른 방법으로도 로그인할 수 있거나 사업자용 관리자 화면을 이용하는 경우에는 Apple 계정과의 연결만 해제하고 enca 계정은 유지합니다.

삭제 후

삭제한 계정은 복구할 수 없습니다. 동일한 Apple / Google 계정으로 새 프로필을 다시 만들 수는 있습니다.

從 App 刪除

1. 開啟 enca App 並登入。
2. 開啟右下方的「設定」。
3. 選擇畫面最下方的「刪除帳號」。
4. 在確認對話框中執行刪除。

若無法使用 App

若因遺失裝置等原因無法在 App 中操作，請透過聯絡表單與我們聯繫。我們會在確認身分後代為刪除。

會被刪除的資料

• 個人檔案：使用者名稱、自我介紹、頭像圖片、封面圖片。
• 社群連結。
• 收藏（您所擁有的封面圖片）。
• 推播通知權杖、Apple Wallet 卡片的註冊資訊與卡片本身。
• 用於登入的 Apple / Google 驗證帳號，以及與其綁定的電子郵件地址。

個人檔案資料會在您執行刪除的當下消失。圖片實體與驗證帳號會透過刪除佇列在10 分鐘內刪除。

不會刪除而保留的資料

• 與您相遇過的對方紀錄中，您會以「已刪除的帳號」形式留存。該紀錄已匿名化，不含姓名、圖片或社群連結，目的是保全對方的紀錄（未設定期限）。
• 透過交換（swap）成為他人所有的封面圖片，會留在對方的收藏中。
• 檢舉與封鎖紀錄，為處理濫用及防止再次發生而保留。
• 若有法令要求保存的紀錄，僅於所需期間內保留。

使用 Apple 登入時

即使在 iPhone 設定中停止 enca 使用您的 Apple 帳號，enca 帳號也不會被刪除，只會在該裝置上登出。再次使用 Apple 登入，即可繼續使用同一個帳號。若刪除 Apple 帳號本身，我們會在收到 Apple 的通知後一併刪除您的 enca 帳號（刪除的資料與上方相同）。但若您也能以 Google 等其他方式登入，或有使用企業專用管理後台，則只會解除與 Apple 帳號的連結，並保留您的 enca 帳號。

刪除之後

已刪除的帳號無法復原。您仍可使用相同的 Apple / Google 帳號重新註冊為新的個人檔案。
